The Art Museum of Halland

The Art Museum of Halland is beautifully situated by the river Nissan in the
centre of the city of Halmstad on the Swedish west coast. The museum has
an extensive art collection and a permanent exhibition shows selected works.
It also offers temporary exhibitions, walking tours, workshops, courses and
seminars.

Note that the museum will be closed 10/1 - 26/3 2011.

The museum also consists of the open air museum Hallandsgården - a small
Skansen situated on beautiful Galgberget - and Teckningsmuseet i Laholm
(The Drawing Museum of Laholm).
